I purchased this Maxfactor lip marker/tint a while ago as I heard quite a bit about it. I love lip products and I haven't really tried out any lip tints before so I decided to give this a go.

I bought mine in the shade 08 nice and nude. For me it's not exactly a nude but running towards brown I guess with some red undertones. I did like this color as it was the one that showed up on my lips the most. This lip marker is very buildable. After the first layer of color is dried, you can apply another to intensify it. The pigmentation is quite nice too. I love the fact that it looks completly natural as thers no gloss or sheen to it; completly matte. But when I say it's matte and it's a lip marker you have probably guessed it that it's infact quite drying. It emphasizes on the dryness quite a lot. You need to use a lip scrub before hand to make sure this doesn't happen. Another thing that I didn't like about this was the amount of time it lasted on my lips. After an hour the color had completely disappeared. I know its a lip tint and it won't stay for ages but my lips were back to their original color and it left an outline. I had to re-apply this quite a lot.Apart from that I thought it had an odd scent to it and if you accidently tasted it while it was on your lips, it's actually quite bitter. Alot of people find the GOSH lip markers a lot better than this one as I've heard but I personally don't know. Overall this was a bit of a let down for me as I did expect this stay on for longer :(Have you tried this product?Hareem x
