Matisse Murals from British Columbia

I’m getting all kinds of great stuff from up north this week. Here’s a reader from Port Alberni, BC who worked tirelessly with her 2nd and 3rd graders (and near the end, her family) to make these beautiful Matisse Chrismas murals for their holiday show. I just love the bright colors! Megan wrote that her kids got them using Mr. Sketchy markers. Wow, I know the work that goes into coloring just one of these, so I applaud vision of making FIVE murals. Congratulations Megan and thanks for all the inspiration that I think this photo brings.
