- 500 gms lady's finger cut length wise
- 2 tomatoes - finely chopped
- 2 big onions - cut length wise
- 1 spoon ginger paste
- 1 spoon garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp of jeera / cumin seeds
- 2 green chilli chopped length wise1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- coriander - garnishing
- 4 tbsp of oil
METHOD:-
- Cut the top and tail of the lady's finger and slit it length wise
- Heat oil in a wok/ deep frying pan and fry the lady's finger till crisp.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and add jeera , onion green chilli and fry till the onion turns crisp brown.
- Then add ginger paste
- Add finely chopped tomatoes , chaat masala , salt , red chilli powder and fry.
- When the tomatoes are properly cooked , add garlic paste and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the deep fried lady's finger to the above prepared masala and cook for few minutes.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves before serving.
