An exclusive U.K. trailer for the French-Belgian film Rust and Bone has gone online. The project is directed by Jacques Audiard (A PROPHET) who has also scripted the project along with Thomas Bidegain. It is produced by Jacques Audiard, Pascal Caucheteux and Martine Cassinelli.
Film Rust and Bone is a love story, which is based on Craig Davidson’s short story collection with the same name and stars Academy Award Winner Marion Cotillard and Matthias Schoenaerts in lead roles. The movie also stars Corinne Masiero, Bouli Lanners, Alex Martin and Mourad Frarema. It will be releasing in limited theatres on November 2nd, 2012.

Summary:
Ali (Played by Matthias Schoenaerts) suddenly finds himself with a five-year-old child on his hands. Sam is his son, but he hardly knows him. Homeless, penniless and friendless, Ali takes refuge with his sister in Antibes where things improve immediately. She puts them up in her garage and takes the child under her wing. Ali first runs into Stephanie (Played by Martion Cotillard) during a night club brawl. He is poor; she is beautiful and self-assured and trains killer whales at Marineland. When a performance ends in tragedy, a call in the night again brings them together.
