Today, I’ve decided to show you a makeup look that I created with my Illamasqua Paranormal palette. If you’ve seen my YouTube video where I showed you the products I bought from Illamasqua then you’ll know that I did say I would do a look using it on my blog, and here it is!

I started off with a freshly washed and moisturised face, before applying my primer and foundation. I also spent some time applying concealer and filling in my eyebrows.

On my eyelid I just put a neutral color all over. I started by applying an eyeshadow base, and then I applied a neutral eyeshadow from one of my palettes. I also just popped on a little bit of eyeliner.

Eyeshadow Base – Art Deco
Palette – MUA
Gel eyeliner – Maybelline

I then used a black pencil eyeliner on my waterline, before adding color underneath the eye. I used purple all the way underneath and then added pink from the middle out towards the corner of my eye.
The reason I have added color beneath my eye rather than on the lid is because I have very small eyes and so you never get to see they eyelid which means any color I apply there is almost wasted because you can’t see it.

As you can see, my eyelid is hidden from view but putting my eyeshadow underneath means that my efforts can still be seen!

Medium Eyeliner Pencil – Illamasqua
Paranormal Palette – Illamsqua

I then decided to do an ombre lip using purple and pink again, I started by applying the darker color around the edge of my lips using a brush. I actually used my Real Techniques Fine Eyeliner brush but it works really well as a lip brush, especially when you’re just lining your lips. I then used another lip brush to apply the pink to the center of my lips.

Look complete!

I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing my makeup look, I know that I enjoyed doing it for you!
