“Make Every Moment Count” Scrapbook Challenge

May is National Scrapbook Month, and to mark the occasion Michaels has sponsored a “Make Every Moment Count” Challenge. I decided this was then the perfect time to make a special gift for my mom for Mother’s Day. I have some old family photos that I’d like to print for her, but large scrapbook pages are really not my thing. Mine is going to be a fanfold collection that will fit inside this box that I am sprucing up with some Michaels supplies. It’s a 3" x 6" or so paper mache box, painted with a base cream color, and then topped with Martha Steward metallic paint. An old fashioned label is going to get glued on top, with a handwritten message. Stay tuned, the finished box book with be posted in the next day or two...
