Make A Wish Come True

Very Good News!

I am working on a series of books for children with serious illness, disfigurings, disabilities, burns, etc…the Nationwide Children’s Hospital of Columbus will be evaluating my books.

It was very difficult to send a proper note with the gifted books. I write this so that you may share with your staff and so forth. I truly hope you can help me. Knowing that I may die soon gives  me the ambition to see my writing go through the total cycle.

1. to write-It took my impending death to finally have the time to write

2. to publish-I have wanted to be published all of my life.  At last!

I did make a portion of my dream come true. Now it’s on to the 3rd and most difficult part of the dream-

3. to distribute to the little ones who may benefit most, the children at Childrens Hospital.

My father stopped a couple of days ago regarding my books. I am working on a series of children’s books about cancer, burns, disabilities,

disfigurements etc. I am also open to suggestions should there be a book the hospital would like to see for the children.

I am gifting you a sample of my holiday series and a humorous family series called Cherry ‘Maters for you to look over.

My biography can be viewed at this link or on my blog: Nae’s Nest Blog

I have terminal colon cancer.Hospice is being called. I do not except that I’m about to die.I’m starting clinical

trials at OSU Tuesday.

If I were able to participate in Make-A-Wish my dying wish would be for the hospitals and other children’s related health centers/clinics etc..to have my books.

I have also written inspirational poetry & short stories for patients and caregivers dealing with cancer. I express all of my thoughts, feelings and emotions from the time of diagnosis to now. There is  a biography in the making which goes in great detail on what to expect medically and emotionally.

Should you find something you are interested in upon checking my blog and Amazon account, please allow me to know. I will gift the item(s) to you. I’d love to see hospitals and treatment centers carry my

poetry and other books for the adult patients and caregivers. I have written countless prayers of hope and miracles some may need at a moment of weakness.

I will send you a sample of “Out Cancer, Out!” starring ‘Captain Chemo’ as soon as I finish some illustrations. I hope to have it ready to publish next week.

I hope you can make my wish come true. To see my books enjoyed at the hospital would touch me deeply. I have a need to know my words are helping others.

Thank you for your time,

Renee Robinson

The more the hospital knows of me the better the chance they will select my books. (For now, I am honored they are considering them).
