ABSTRACT

What if soldiers or cops rebel against their own country and attack to the citizens of their country? We can imagine the number of chaos here and there in the whole country. In same way, when body's protection guard i.e. Immune system begins to attack body's own cells, the condition of autoimmune disease arises. Normal immune system guards the body against various life-threatening diseases but unfavorable circumstances interferes with its normal behavior and makes it abnormal. Thus, attacking behavior of immune system rises for body's own cells. Today we are going to study about autoimmune diseases and how one can treat it with natural remedies.

INTRODUCTION

Autoimmune disease can be defined as a disease developed due to abnormal and attacking behavior of the immune system towards the body's own cells. By doing this, you can reduce the risk of disturbance in the immune system as well as autoimmune diseases.

6. Quit Smoking habits

If you have a smoking habit, quit it as soon as you can. Smoking habits doubles the risk of autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and autoimmune thyroid disease by making your body inflamed, damaging the DNA and disturbing the functioning of the immune system. So, quit smoking habit as soon as possible.
