Lupita Nyongo Style

If there ever has been a breakout star in the Red Carpet – or Awards Show – style, this year it has definitely been Lupita Nyong’o. Lupita has been nominated for a lot of awards in the Best Actress in a Supporting Role category for her part in ’12 Years a Slave’. She has had impeccable style at each Awards Show with the show stopping moments at the Golden Globes and the Baftas. Lupita has said that she only wears pieces that speak to her. And so far they have spoken the right word to her – FA-BU-LOUS! Ok, so she has a little help from her fantastic stylist Michaela Erlarger who also styles Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery.

The Oscars 2014 are this Sunday and I for one cannot wait to see what Lupita Nyong’o will be wearing. Will she be wearing her signature style – a bright, solid color – or will she be showing us her wild side? Whatever it is – I am sure we will be sighing in awe.
