Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Cookies are everywhere during the Holidays! The sugary treats are hard to resist, but once you make these Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies, you won't have to resist (as much)! With only a few ingredients and quick baking time, you can enjoy these cookies anytime you have a craving. Give em a try!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond Flour

½ Cup Peanut Butter

1 egg

¼ Cup granulated sweetener

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together with a fork, until a dough forms.

Form a large ball and cut the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Roll each piece of dough into a ball.

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten each cookie dough ball with a fork (in a criss-cross pattern).

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool completely.

Serve with a cold glass of milk and enjoy your Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies!
