Love is a Man

By Mike Bullock

nail it

Love is a man who died on a cross
Nobody knew the power of His loss
Taking the weight of all of our shame
The past and the present, future blame
The darkened clouds grew overhead
Mourning the man who was now dead
People wept, they’d lost a friend
Never to see His like again.

Three days passed and He awoke
Proving satan was a joke
Love is a man who went through hell
To bring us back to God as well
So through Him we have to choose
Eternal life or satans noose
Give Him all the praise that’s due
Love is a man for me and you.
