Today, I have a few polishes to share with you from a new brand called LOOK Nail Color. It's a brand that will be available at select Walgreens starting this month. The concept for this brand is to promote self-expression with nail color and nail art; to inspire the uninspired.
The polishes I'm sharing are from their LOOK Proud - 4th of July promotion.
Rocket's Red Glare, Broad Stripes Bright Stars and Oh Say Can You See

Broad Stripes Bright Stars is a bit streaky, a problem that I have with most white cremes. It's opaque with three thin coats though, which is what I used in the pics above with no top coat.Since the brand is all about self-expression and nail art, I decided to come up with a few nail art looks with each polish. Below I added some red and blue dots with Broad Stripes Bright Stars as a base.
Unfortunately, I experienced some dragging when I added the top coat because Rocket's Red Glare didn't completely dry, but you get the idea.

Rocket's Red Glare applies really well and gives great coverage with two coats. There was still a slight bit of VNL, but not too much. Here I used two coats with no top coat.Below, I did a color blocking look with these three polishes using Rocket's Red Glare as a base.

Once again, the red dragged when I applied top coat (you'd think I'd learn). I really thought the red would be dry. I still liked this look.Oh Say Can You See

I love a good royal blue polish and Oh Say Can You See is definitely one. It applies really well and is opaque in two coats. I used no top coat.I attempted a cloud manicure using Oh Say Can You See, but as you can see, my cloud mani skills need some work. It's been a long time since I've done one.

Though these are pretty basic colors, I like them. Oh Say Can You See is definitely my favorite. I like Rocket's Red Glare as well, I just wish the dry time was faster. They're definitely the perfect shades to do manis for the 4th of July.What do you guys think of these three polishes? What do you think of the looks I came up with?
