Hey guys I wanted to take a quick minute for a simple message today to all of the fellow Dads from Long Island lurking out there on the old interwebs that are looking to meet other Dads and do some social activities this winter, meet each other, let our kids mingle and learn from each other, and generally just have a fun winter.
WE NEED TO ORGANIZE BETTER
Seriously. I have been stalking NYC Dads Group lately and finally sent them an email this week. Great group of guys and they are consistently growing their user base, but Long Island could use some support. I’m willing to help vocalize and hunt you Daddys down to make this happen so it begins here in this post today! My goal is to start with Western Nassau County since that’s where I live, and hopefully some of you further out on the island will grab the bull by the horns and help establish more activities in your area.
There are so many great activities and places to go, why not do it with fellow dads? This is open to all dads whether you are a work / stay at home dad, dad with a day off, etc. The NYC crew has been doing a fantastic job and it’s time us LI’ers man up and meet up!!
