Let's Go Fishing Cupcake Recipe

I love to be outside in this beautiful Spring weather.  Living in a neighborhood with beautiful ponds and right on the river also make it very tempting to hit the water whenever we can, with our fishing poles, of course!  With the weather warming up we have gone on a couple of little neighborhood trips, and this weekend won't be an exception.  To add some fun to the trip, I decided to make a cute little recipe I found on Pinterest not too long ago.   'Let's Go Fishing Cupcakes" Ingredients:

• Cupcakes 
  
• Icing
  
• Pretzel sticks
  
• Goldfish crackers
  

This is such a cute and fun thing to do with the kids.  They LOVE chocolate, so that is what I picked for our cupcakes, and who doesn't love goldfish crackers?
Take your cupcakes and add your frosting to the top.  I picked a Sky Blue color so it would look more like the water. Then add your "fishing line" with some white frosting, a goldfish, and a pretzel stick for your fishing pole!   Fishing Pole Making them is fun, but eating them is even better .....  hope you have a beautiful Saturday wherever you are.  Even if the weather outside won't cooperate, you can always make these and "Go Fishing" inside.  Have a great weekend!
