Good Monday Morning! The past 3 mornings I have woken up so stiff and sore; normally I'd head straight for the coffee pot. Today I got up and drank 32 oz. of water - I felt better within minutes. Who knew?(well I did actually, but coffee smells SO much better) However, I am energized 2 hrs later; not needing more caffeine or a nap. And... the SUN is shining :))) Have I mentioned how much I love the sun?

In the mix:-2 cups packed spinach-1 pear-1/4 cucumber-handful of red grapes-1 scoop greens powder-1 cup waterThis one is a keeper! It's nice and juice like(not thick) and it's SUPER drinkable!(yummy) I am using more fruit as I get started; eventually I'll be moving towards mostly and all veggie. I am acquiring the taste first. Drinking Green Drinks should NOT feel like torture! Today is the first day of Spring Term and I need to go get ready, get Mr. Ball his walk - and head off to teach.
But his snuggles make it soooooo hard to leave. Meatball is a pug I rescued in 2008. At the time, his paperwork stated that he was 4 1/2 years - he had lived outdoors all of his life and had been through 4 homes. He had been "hit by a car" and would have a permanently broken jaw(which is why his tongue sticks out a bit) He is "brindle" which is most of the white you see mixed in with his black fur, but he is getting lots of gray on his face know that he's a "senior." He is the love of my life and has the best personality of any dog I've known. He "screams" when I come home(seriously it sounds like he's being tortured) he gives the the best snuggles, and he's FULL of personality ~ just ask his doggy daycare!
