Lawsuit Filed in Farallones Sailing Disaster

Back in April the sailboat Low Speed Chase sailing in the Farallones race off San Francisco met disaster in breaking waves off the island, resulting in most crew being washed overboard and the death of five sailors. Yesterday the father of one of those sailors filed a lawsuit charging errors made by the captain. Read more about that here.
