It's the last day of January. I already confessed that I missed my goal to add strength-training or stretching every day. My other goal was 1200 minutes of exercise. As of this morning, I'm at 1110. Ninety minutes would be a very big day for me, but it might happen. I have a meeting scheduled this afternoon that's in walking distance, so if I walk to the meeting on top of my normal exercise, I might get there. Wish me luck!
