Lancome Hypnose Eyeshadow Palettes : Star Eyes, Doll Eyes and Drama

Finally Lancome has got something fabulous and very interesting and I thought of doing an introductory post before actually reviewing the eyeshadows that I got. Lancome introduces their Hypnose eyeshadow palettes that are like a wardrobe for eyes and the products can transform anyone into a smoking hot siren with a couple of strokes. I have admired the eyeshadow textures of Lancome for quite a while and getting this one is like another feather in Lancome's hat or rather another petal in the Lancome's Rose.

They got the beautiful and ever scintillating Daria Werbowy to be the model for the looks. Her eyes are simply mesmerizing and I just love what she wears. Now since I don't do any PR stuff for LANCOME INDIA (they don't like me and I don't care), I have collected these images from certain blogs that featured Lancome and also the Lancome website.

Let's have a look at what Lancome's got...............

They have divided their eyeshadow palettes into three series.

1. Doll's eyes for the bright pops of colors and colors that could support the bright pops. Imagine a doll and if you had her eyes....thats it!
2. Star eyes for the day and daily wear. They have the most muted soft focus shimmers that adorn the eyes.
3. Drama eyes for the evening le smokey eyeshadow effects. The colors in this collection are magical

Step 1 Using the sponge, apply Shade 1 all over the eyelid.
Step 2 Apply Shade 2 underneath the brow bone with the flocked tip.
Step 3 Wet the side of the flocked tip and line the eye contour using Shade 3.
Step 4 Apply Shade 4 to the eye's external corner using the brush.
Step 5 For added drama, apply Shade 5 to the internal corner of the eye using the sponge.
Artist tips:
For a softer, daytime look apply step 3 dry rather than wet. For extra color intensity, wet the sponge and follow steps 4 & 5

Step 1 Using the sponge, apply Shade 1 all over the eyelid.
Step 2 Apply Shade 2 underneath the brow bone with the flocked tip.
Step 3 Wet the side of the flocked tip and line the eye contour using Shade 3.
Step 4 Apply Shade 4 to the eye's external corner using the brush.
Step 5 For added drama, apply Shade 5 to the internal corner of the eye using the sponge.

For extra color intensity, wet the sponge and follow steps 4 & 5Aren't these spectacular...............They have them in 12 variants, 4 for each and getting all of them is creating that perfect eyeshadow wardrobe. Matte lovers may miss mattes but I am not so I dont.
To make the application easier, they have also numbered the eyeshadows and then given step by step descriptions which are very interesting and beautifully unique. Its that I may not follow them though.......

The application is easy and the applicators are beautifulllll.....

There is a lot more to say and this is the least I could do for their introduction. I have got three shades, Gris Fume, Terre D'Ivoire and Vert Mystere and shall be getting more. The reviews and looks come subsequently......
