Lamb Clear Soup with Carrot

Ingredients:

300 grams 1 inch diced lamb meat
1 carrot ( ½ inch diced)
½ capsicum ringed
2 teaspoon butter
Salt (as per taste)
800ml water

 

Preparation:

At first, fry the lamb in a saucepan with butter for 3mins and add some water when it turns a little brownish. Once the water starts boiling, toss in the diced carrots into it and boil for 25mins over medium heat. Mash the boiled carrot-dices when they become soft. Add salt as per taste and the capsicum. Take it off the flame. Serve hot.
