L'oreal Paris' 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution Review.
L'oreal Paris' Micellar is known in the beauty community as a dupe for the crazed Bioderma. As someone who has never tried Bioderma as it is not sold in the UK -I think!- I cannot compare the two against each other. However, knowing Bioderma is a lot, lot more expensive than L'oreal's (£3.32 a bottle) buying it now would be a waste.
Lets start by a simple opinion; I love it. This product is mainly a make-up remover and toner. Also claiming to unclogs pores and removes impurities. I do agree with the first half of the statement, however, I don't really believe it unclogs pores as I think this solution is to weak to do that. Nevertheless, it does do an amazing job and removing your make-up -which I think is it's selling point?- and toning. The colourless liquid gives off no scent therefore perfect for all skin types as it shouldn't irritate but the scent does remind me faintly of coconut milk? Humm.
One of my favorite things about this product is that it removes make-up and cleanses the skin without rubbing and tugging at it. It is a mild cleanser so it feels very soft and gentle on your skin.
A Miceller solution consists of mostly a water based solvent that the micelles disperse in. Also balancing the pH's in your skin back to neutral. *Big thumbs up.* But in normal English means is mainly water with a few safe chemicals in it. This also means you do not have to wash the solution off. After applying this, my skin felt extra hydrated and cleansed.
I hope you found this review helpful, have you tried this product? Did you like it?
