Knee Pain

Today I visited and Orthopedic to check the source of my knee pain. The ex-rays came out fine. So his conclusion, chondromalacia patella. He said no running. There is no way I'm going to stop running. I went to Walmart bought a knee brace. I will take Motrin an anti-inflammatory and glucosamine/chondroitin MSM everyday. I ran four slow miles on the treadmill with the knee brace on. Im happy to say that the knee brace is working and I believe my knee with get better. The next step to my recovery is daily stretching and strengthening exercises. I found online resource to follow at home. Big Knee Pain Knee Pain
