KLOUT Perk Review: Veev VitaFrute Cocktails

I’ve been busy every weekend since August. I was so thankful to have nothing to do this past Saturday but chill out at home. After being busy for weeks, a Saturday with nothing to do ends up being the best weekend a girl could hope for. I live for staying in my bed until noon! In all of my busyness, I hadn’t had a chance to check out a Klout Perk I received last month from Veev Cocktails. I received 4 bottles of their VitaFrute Cocktails to try out.
VitaFrute Cocktails are organic and are 125 calories per serving. I must admit that when I heard organic and 125 calories, I automatically assumed that these cocktails would taste watered down and lack the amount of liquor I normally like in my drinks. To my surprise, I turned out to be wrong. I received 2 bottles of the lemonade, 1 bottle of the margarita and 1 bottle of the cosmopolitan. I can honestly say they taste great! All of the flavors possess enough liquor to keep me mellow for a few hours. There’s nothing like sitting at your own bar sampling drinks in the comfort of your own home. When I look for cocktails to serve, I make sure that I get awesome girly drinks that have a hint of fruit combined with alcohol. Most women I know don’t ask for jack and coke. However, they will ask for flavored lemonade, a margarita, or a cosmopolitan.
With the upcoming holidays, I was looking for something refreshing to serve to my girls whenever we get together. These make the perfect girls night cocktails because you can mix these with a variety of fruit juices. I mixed the lemonade with cranberry juice, as well as, orange juice and both were a hit with me. For an extra kick, mix1800 tequila with the margarita (not for the inexperienced drinker) or add a little lime juice.
According to their website, Veev is the French word for live; intended to uplift and inspire. And that’s exactly what the cocktails did for me.
