Popsicle Recipes - Summer Popsicle Series - Kiwi Popsicles

I am a BIG fan of Kiwi. This awesome fruit is very healthy, and sweet! It's packed with great vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin E. For such a little fruit, it goes a long way in the vitamin arena. It's generally found throughout the year, but you can find finer, fresher choices during the summer. This is a perfect summer popsicle recipe to try!
For this recipe you only need a few ingredients:
- 2 Kiwi (also known as Chinese Gooseberries)
- 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (light)
- 1/2 cup of fresh 100% Apple Juice
To make these delicious Kiwi Popsicles you need to combine and then blend all of your ingredients together and pour into your popsicle molds. Then you just need to freeze, and serve! How simple is that?
