I am a huge fan of fashion illustration. Previously I have featured David Downton and Jason Brooks, today I would like to tell you about an Australian fashion illustrator Kerrie Hess, who is one of my absolute favourites. First of all, she is beautiful and insanely talented. On top of that she seems to be living every girl’s dream. She moved to London to work as a graphic designer for Independent Newspaper Magazines but got noticed for her illustration talents. She then moved to Paris with her husband and son and travels the world working for such exciting clients as Chanel, Vogue and Louis Vuitton. (You can see her to-die-for Parisian apartment here by the way, although I have read somewhere she has recently returned to her native Australia.) She has written a book Shoestring Chic: 101 Ways To Live The Fashionably Luxe Life For Less (want to know where to find a designer wedding dress in Paris for less than $100.00? She will tell you exactly that with gorgeous illustrations!) and you can even purchase her chic illustrations via Big Cartel. Her style is very feminine, elaborate and super pretty. Her illustrations exude such elegance and glamour. Aren’t they just beautiful?
