Hello everyone,Summers are here and so is oily skin. Cleansing, Scrubbing and using face pack is a must in summers. There is a sea of options available in the market in India to be honest. Being an oily to combination girl I generally go for mud packs with fuller's earth or something on those lines. I have tried many face packs in my blogging journey from various brands and today I shall be talking about a face pack from the brand Kallos who I have talked about previously on my blog. I shall be reviewing Kallos Chandan Ubtan Fairness Face Pack today. Read my review to know my experience of the same..

Methyl Paraben, Sod. Propyl Paraben, 2 - Phenoxy Ethanol, Di- Sodium EDTA, Sodium CMC, Allantoin, Triclosan, Lemon Oil, Fragrance.

About the product/Brand claims:Kallos chandan ubtan is a continuation of grandma's traditional beauty secret that combines the power of chandan powder, turmeric oil, lemon oil, mustard oil and glycerin. it gives you glowing and flawless facial skin. it helps to keep off skin problems and lightens skin tone. best results are with the use of the ubtan with rose water.

The face pack comes in a huge orangey yellow tub with a screw type lid. The face pack comes sealed inside to avoid drying out. Ingredients, instructions are printed on the tub itself. Due to its huge size I cannot say it is travel friendly.The face pack is light coffee brown in color and looks like a mud pack with a mousse kind of texture. It is emolient/wet but you would need to add water/rose water or milk to make the application on the face easier and fuss free. Since it comes in a huge tub it can get unhygienic so best advise is to take some in a glass bowl and work with the same for application. If you are from India you would know that Ubtan is essentially a mix of chickpea flour (besan), turmeric powder and milk and is meant to lighten tan and make the skin lighter. This pack does a good job of tightening the skin and removing excess oil from the face. It has a light fragrance which is not bothersome. About fairness I can't tell but regular use ensures the skin lightens up and removes tanning. The only con I found that it contains parabens which I am not a fan of.
