To pass through acting courses must be a requirement from everyone, from the Rwandan president Paul Kagame to all Ministers and other officials either inside or outside the country, in order to perform effectively.

The reason of the acting assertion is that in order to lie persistently or fake situations one needs to be seriously trained if they are not naturally inclined to lying.

The way the Rwandan UN ambassador Eugene Gasana demonstrates emotions towards the case of Captain Diallo from Senegal who died in Rwanda in 1994 saving lives is however  so badly performed that every informed observer must have found it to be very fake.

Lets hope everybody knows today how fake they are and cannot anymore fool nobody.
