Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I was off pace to meet my goal of 1200 minutes last week, but I caught up! Now I'm right on track. I'd like to get a little ahead this week. Holiday celebrations might get in the way of my average 40-minute daily exercise sessions. I'll enjoy them more if I've already banked some minutes.
