Machinedrum has been consistently keeping the music coming for a while now. From producing and releasing his own work throughout the past decade, to producing tracks for artists such as Azealia Banks and Theophilus London, and the endless number of remixes – the man surely stays busy. He will debut his live set as JETS, alongside Jimmy Edgar next month in London. A few months ago he posted a remix of Jesse Boykins III and Melo-X‘s “The Perfect Blues” via his Soundcloud, and today – the remix has been released online, along with Jacques Greene‘s remix of the same song. Machinedrum’s remix hits hard, as usual. Aggressive percussion strikes, a rumbling bassline, and a crooning Jessie Boykins III create “The Perfect Blues” for sure. Hear it for yourself below.
