Former ‘FRIENDS’ star, Jennifer Aniston is engaged to actor-scriptwriter boyfriend, Justin Theroux. The actress reportedly accepted his marriage proposal on his birthday on Friday evening.
According to a statement by Justin’s rep: “Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend Jennifer Aniston accepted his proposal of marriage.”
Aniston’s publicist Steven Huvane also confirmed the engagement.
The actress, 43, and Justin, 41, have been dating since May 2011 after they shared the big screen for the comedy movie ‘Wanderlust’, produced by Judd Apatow in which their characters shared a flaky fling.
After dating for 15 months, the recently betrothed couple acquired a mansion worth $21 million in Los Angeles.
After her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, Aniston had a much-perused sequence of courtships with actor Vince Vaughn, British model Paul Sculfor and singer John Mayer.
This will be the second wedding for Jennifer and the first for Theroux. The engagement comes after Pitt, 48, proposed to actress Angelina Jolie, 37, in April.
