Jean-Luc Godard Twitter Parody Account (@RealJLG)

Yesterday I decided to start a Twitter parody account that satirizes the notorious personality of great filmmaker Jean-Luc Godard. I don’t know how long it will last, but I thought I’d let y’all know about it and encourage you to follow the account. The more followers it gets, the more often I’ll tweet and hopefully the more creatively. Feel free to ask fake Jean-Luc a question about his movies (I’m well versed in much of his filmography and have seen more than a dozen of his movies) and he’ll do his best to respond. The main purpose of the account is – of course – humor and in some cases, historical accuracy might not be guaranteed (though I’ll try my best to be as accurate as I can). Remember this is a fictionalized version of Jean-Luc based on my perception of the filmmaker. As of writing this I’ve posted 30 tweets from the account and I’m going to try and keep posting a few more each day (as well as responding to questions Jean-Luc is asked) and maintaining a fairly consistent pace if possible.

Click the profile image at the top of this post to go to Jean-Luc’s twitter page and follow him, or click here instead. Below you can see some of the tweets I’ve posted from the account so far.
