Not much else to say about the Crested other than like the rest of the Jameson core line it's a low ABV (40%) and chill filtered. So, on to the Irish Whiskey review.
Jameson Crested Review: Details and Tasting Notes
"Back in the day it was common practice to sell Irish whiskey to bonders by the cask. Then, it was left up to them to bottle it. In 1963, after some greedy bonders started to water down the whiskey to fill up their pockets, we took over full control of the process, from grain to glass. Jameson Crested is a celebration of those first drops bottled back in Bow Street."

Jameson Crested Review: Overall and Score
Woah, I can't believe this is a "standard" Jameson product. There is so much sherry and pot still influences in here that it's just... confusing. I'm used to the grain character showing more than it does and it being an overall a light whiskey, but this... this is great, I could easily drink this any day of the week and be happy about it.
The aroma is creamy and buttery in its delivery as is the palate and the finish. It's an elegant whiskey that just feels good drifting through the senses. As the Jameson Crested opens, the sherry does dip a bit and a roasted banana / Banana's Foster note starts to rise up and become more prominent, but it never dominates. The whiskey keeps a nice balance and I'm enjoying everything about it.
SCORE: 86/100 (B)
