Jamal Leghari and Awais Leghari, who both have been elected as National Assembly members independently from Dera Ghazi Khan, have joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
The sons of former president Farooq Leghari – Jamal and Awais – alongside three independent candidates of Punjab Assembly, met with PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif, who is set to become Prime Minister for the third time after his party scripted historical victory in the May 11 polls, at Raiwind on Friday and announced to join the biggest party.
Both leaders had said adieu to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) in March following the differences with party leadership.
