This girl may not know a thing about responsibility,  but I do happen to like today's outfit. I think she dressed the part well today. Notice when mom's in town, she manages to pull it together a little better. I mean, really who are we without our moms? I am going to say this is a high-five for momma Lohan. Now if she could just finish raising her so the rest of Hollywood could take a break from babysitting this tramp.

Thank goodness she left the makeup more natural, I don't know if we could handle another mishap like the "monster mash".
