Jackie Gets MKB’D!

After Chiqui so successfully  responded to my fashion challenge, I set my sights on the next lucky person fitting of this challenge!  Jackie was ready to meet this challenge head on.  As a new mother of a beautiful 6 month old baby girl, Jackie found herself in a rut.  She describes her style as casual chic and makes the effort to keep up with current trends but as a working Mother and wife, juggling everything plus the upkeep of great appearance was making what is already a tiresome existence even more so.

But of course, here at MKB… we don’t accept that as an excuse! (Yes, our childless selves accept no excuses!)  Jackie’s challenge was similar to Chiqui’s but with added specifics to add color to her wardrobe, to create looks with prints and step outside of her usual solid color approach.

Another winner!  We got color, we got prints, patterns, hair up, hair down and it seems, some serious Baby Sophia approval! Her  husband, Juan noticed every day how enhanced she looked,  more dressed up than usual, even commenting that he likes when she “dresses” up!

Throughout the week she sent me texts telling me it was hard!  Usually in more simple, less bold statement outfits and often with very little makeup, everyone at work definitely noticed the difference.  Jackie deemed the experience a success, especially as a person who tries to stay current with trends, she appreciated the challenge of throwing in colors and prints and a lil bit of lipstick never hurt anyone!
