Ciao my friends, I would like to introduce you some more dishes you can find on the Italian menus in the restaurants. Let me beginning by saying that the Italians sometimes don't understand the names on the menu. Why? Because the chefs are creative and they elaborate some different versions of the classical names. Anyways the basic elements are always the same.

Pesce persico is a lake fish. You can find it on the Como Lake, Orta lake, Maggiore lake, Garda lake, Iseo lake in north Italy. Then in Bolsena, Vico and Bracciano Lake in Lazio and in some lakes in Umbria.
The wine? White and dry.
