Do you know that more than 90 million Americans are affected by Snoring and more than 15 million snores in the UK, which differentiates in 10 million males and almost 5 million females and it has been seen one of the chronic snoring disorders that may ruin your relationships. The dating relationships normally end when one of the partners is found snoring and hence, ends, the sex drive and intimacy between the couple.

Causes

There are many issues why an individual snores. Snoring can be caused by the blockage of the airway in the nose. This snoring can be caused by the flow of air that passes through a small passage and makes a sound. This sound can come from the nose, throat or both.

There are various treatments that are done to cure this habit, but people act funny and there are many cases when the partners have left sleeping on the same bed and sleep separately. This affects the sex life and relationship. Sleep deprivation can affect the daily life, friends and family relationship. Dating partners often leave their partners if they know that the partner is dating. But with married couples, snoring can come with aging and then what?

Would you ruin your marriage for a snoring disorder? Instead of changing partners who snore there can be ways to cure the disorder. Tell the partner every time when he is snoring too loud and things get worse. You may end up in a bad day with no sleep for the whole night. Find the ways to cure it, visit the doctor, use nose strips, ear plugs, use new pillows, lose weight and quit smoking. Sleep in different bedroom if you are okay withholding sex for a couple of days. However, many partners say that it hurts when they don’t want to sleep with their partners.

Sleeping separately is not a good sign for any relationship and sleeping together can help build intimacy for the couple. Sleeping separately can have strong emotional and sexual effects on the couple and will not look great in front of the kids. Often the sleep habits define the quality of relationship the couple has. This type of tussle between the couple may give a wrong idea about the couple of outsiders. Snoring can end your relationship as the person may be unhappy with the snorer who often failed to take any help or make any effort to work on the relationship and couple can drive apart. The bond between the couple and the family may start wearing.

There are various other causes why we snore and some are closely attached to our lifestyle like being overweight, smoking, too much consumption of alcohol and stress. As a couple we have to understand the personal damage that snoring does and then acts accordingly. Try self help methods and if they do not work, then take help from any medical professional. Snoring can be treated and there is no reason why you should ruin your personal life. Have faith in yourself. Talk with your partner. He/she will surely like to help you out. The strong relationship can help you get a sound sleep as well. Just stay calm and you will surely get a good solution for your problem.
