We’ve going to the ancients for today’s quote – Aristotle once said:

“Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”

You’ve probably heard this quote – or at least the last part before –

“Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”

Like many things we’ve heard before – we let it slip off the outside of us instead of penetrating deeply.

Today please stop and ask yourself: What habits do I have that are promoting excellence?

What habits make me better?

Today is a good day to look at your habits – can you expand those that are excellent? Can you drop those that aren’t?

The answer is yes.

You Create Your Day by the way You Think! Be Present!

Go make it a Magnificent Day!

Blessings, Shawna
