I am not usually one to recommend products or companies to people as I know that everyone has their own needs and requirements but today I want to talk about a great company that I have used in the last couple of years which everyone should look out for. The company is called Integrity Heating and Cooling and they provide air conditioning units and high quality funrances. I know a thing or two about these products as a gas fitter and I can honestly say that for anyone in the Boston, MA area, these are the guys that you should be looking to use. I have bought both a furnace from them and an air conditioning unit and the company are an absolute pleasure to deal with. There are many companies like theirs in Boston, MA but for me these guys are the absolute best, and here is why.
Pricing
I was actually a bit suspicious when I first saw their prices as I couldn’t quite understand how they could be so low in comparison with their competitors. Furthermore when I checked out the company’s website it says that they will give $500 to anyone that can find the same product at a lower price. The fact that they were so confident about this enticed me and so I went ahead and made a purchase.
Quality
Some people will say that you only get what you pay for and so if I am being honest, I was half expecting sub-standard equipment, how wrong I was! Both the air conditioning unit and the furnace that I bought were of incredibly high spec and they were both very well made pieces of kit. The test for most pieces like this is to wait a few months until they have been heavily used and then see what they are like, but both of these products stood the test of time too.
Repairs
I have had only one issue in the last 3 years with these products and that was when the air ocnditioivg unit was damaged as the result of a power surge. The cooling repair guys were out within 12 hours of me calling the 24 hour helpdesk and they were able to fix me issue in a heartbeat. So many businesses like this, especially in the Boston area, have no after care service yet this company was more than happy to respond at speed to ensure that their product was firing on all cylinders.
Service
From the moment that I first made inquiries right up to the annual maintenance team that comes out to service the products, this is a company which really prides themselves on high quality service. Every member of staff that I have interacted with has been excellent and all of the team have made me feel like a valued customer, something which is rare in today’s world.
