In the Studio: Star Campanella Roses

By Pattyhankins @PattyHankins

Every now and then I’ll see a photo of a rose that seems to have endless layers of petals. I finally figured out that these are campanella roses when I bought a set of Star Campanella Roses at my local floral wholesaler (you can tell that Potomac Floral Wholesale has become a favorite place of mine to get flowers – especially in the winter!). These incredible yellow roses had more layers of petals than I could count. I had a wonderful time photographing them. :-)

After seeing my photos of these campanella roses – I know I’ll be looking to photograph similar roses in the future.
