Ice Candy

By Nina B @newshoesintown
This isn't quite the traditional Filipino ice candy I enjoyed as a child but I didn't have the skinny plastic bags they usually come in. Ice candy is duh, an ice pop without a stick. My mom still makes Avocado and condensed milk combo using a mug so I figured this could be done in pretty much any container. This is just slightly messier to eat. This one is nice to chuck into smoothies or even just a bowl of fresh fruit and yogurt.

You will need:
- Fruit of some sort. I used 2 cups of frozen boysenberries
- 2 cups of light coconut milk
- Stevia or your choice of sweetener
- baking paper
- some space in the freezer

1. Blend the berries, coconut milk and sweetener.

2. Pour into a dish lined with baking paper.
3. Freeze overnight. Slice in sections and layer with more baking paper so they don't stick together in a container.
4. Enjoy on their own or smash into a bowl of fruit and yogurt.
