You will need:
- Fruit of some sort. I used 2 cups of frozen boysenberries
- 2 cups of light coconut milk
- Stevia or your choice of sweetener
- baking paper
- some space in the freezer
1. Blend the berries, coconut milk and sweetener.
2. Pour into a dish lined with baking paper.3. Freeze overnight. Slice in sections and layer with more baking paper so they don't stick together in a container.
4. Enjoy on their own or smash into a bowl of fruit and yogurt.
