Outfit: Dress- Lilly Pulitzer, Sandals- Jack Rogers, Purse- Marley Lilly, Bangles- Ellie & Ollie and Bourbon & Boweties, Sunnies- via Etsy, Sunglass Strap- Southern TideDay two at the lake was a success, I woke up early to see any potential sunrise and though it was cloudy in the morning, the sun peaked out around 8 am and stuck around. The family and I spent time relaxing by the lake and then out on the boat for some quality tubing and swimming in the middle of the lake.
I scored this dress 25% off at a shop in Raleigh. It just happened to be the last one in stock in my size. Obviously it was meant to be. I had only been eyeing it for the last few months or so since I spotted it on the Lilly Pulitzer website. Seersucker and bows just speak to me. I can honestly say the lake is a place that I don't want to leave each and every summer and even though day 2 is over and I'm on to day 3, I'm going to make each and every moment that I have here count! xoBCC
