I have a polish from Neener Neener Nails to review for today. If you're looking for a polish to use for your 4th of July mani, I Love America is a great choice. It's a clear base with blue short bar glitter, red circle glitter, and white star glitter. It applies really well and gives good coverage for each of the glitters. The red glitter was a little harder to get on the brush because it had a tendency to fall off the brush, but I got some.
First, I layered one coat over Sinful Colors Snow Me White.
