Twitter experts in the house?
Unfortunately not our entire customer database is on +Google+ , not even by a long shot. So a few weeks back we invited our customers to also join us on Twitter. Now some customers get annoyed by the reminders they receive from Twitter again and again. How can we stop this?
I looked up the help files, a lot of information about spam / abuse, nothing about the spam Twitter sends. No way to contact Twitter about this.
Any ideas, suggestions and or opinions?
