How to Make Your Own Fall Table Centerpiece

By Saumya Shiohare @myriadmusings1
With the first hint of chill, it certainly feels like fall now. There is something so magical about fall: the fresh air, the crisp fallen leaves, that morning mist, the earthy smell, O fall, I love you so so much !!!!
Fall also marks the onset of all festivities and the harvest season. First halloween, then Thanksgiving and then Christmas, there is excitement abound that fall brings with it. To kickoff the festivities in my household, Ribhya and I took up a fall decor project, which BTW was so much fun. Nothing elaborate, just something that she would enjoy. HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN FALL TABLE CENTERPIECE
STEP BY STEP GUIDE
  • I first had to clean the pumpkin, coz mine had mud stuck all over.
  • take your wooden basket, stuff it up with the straw.
  • I placed my antler candle holder in the center. If you are using antler picks, you could place them at either ends.
  • now loosely arrange the silver bead garland.
  • decorate your pumpkin with sparkles, glitters, spray paint or as desired. I wanted mine to look more organic, so just tied a strip of burlap ribbon around the stalking then positioned them on either side of the candle holder.
  • use the hydrangea to fill in the empty spots.
  • now place your farmer figurine as desired.

Mine literally took ten minutes to put together. This was a more simpler, easy DIY option, but if you are looking for something more elaborate and dramatic, check them out below or on my PINTEREST.
