I know this is a short tutorial today, but sometimes the short tutorials are the best, and I think this one of the best.
If you have a Dropbox account then like me you probably love it.
Before you can start you need a Dropbox account, if you follow this link it will take you to the Dropbox site so you can get started. It will also give both of us and extra 250 meg for the introduction (Thank you, I need the extra space).
The ability to drag and drop files into the cloud and then share them with whoever you want is out of the world. The longer I use Dropbox the more I love it and the more uses I find.
One of my favourite applications is the ability to email files directly into Dropbox. Send to Dropbox lets you do just that with ease. You can also take quite a few actions with the files once they have been sent.
All you have to do is visit the Send to Dropbox site, authorise Send to Dropbox with your Dropbox account and that's it your done. Send to Dropbox will give you a custom email address for you to send the files too, you can even customise the email address if you don't like the one you have been given. What else could you ask for from a free application.
