This tag has been making the rounds in blog world so I thought why not give it a go myself! It's a fun and interesting way to find out just how much money we spend on our makeup and especially on our everyday products which get the most use. I'm quite apprehensive about my total as there are a few higher end products thrown in there but the vast majority of my makeup comes from affordable drugstore brands which cost a fraction of the price. I tag everyone who hasn't already taken part in this fun tag and please leave me your link if you do!
So here we go..
Benefit The POREfessional 7.5ml sample - £8, Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation - £9.99, MUA stick concealer - £1, Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder - £3.99, MUA Mosaic Bronzer in Sunkissed Glow - £2.50, Benefit Hervana - £23.50, MAC Paint Pot in Groundwork - £14.50, 17 Liquid Liner - £3.99, MUA Eyeliner Pencil - £1, Natural Collection Lash Length mascara - £1.99, MUA Lipstick in Juicy (#15) - £1
And the total is.. £71.46
I'm actually pleasantly surprised by that total as I expected it to be more, but alas it comes in at just over 70 quid! For a full face of makeup I don't think that's too bad as there are a couple of Benefit and MAC products in there too, and after seeing some other bloggers' totals I'm quite pleased as I've seen a few coming close to £200 eek. You'll already know that I am a huge fan of MUA and with my favorite lipstick, eyeliner and concealer coming in at just £1 each, it shouldn't have been a surprise that the total would be as low. I definitely think that you should all have a go at this tag because it's such a fun one and it really gives you an idea of how much money is spent on your face!
