So how do you make a contact form, dead easy firstly make a new page called "Contact Me" or something just as descriptive. Then go to one of the following free websites that does all the work for you.

Just go to any of these sites and add them to your blogger page

Sign up for the service on their web page, it's free

Customise the form's colour and details, then copy the code
Wufoo
