Normally the first thing I do on a morning and switch the kettle on, but this morning I turned the heating on before I did anything else.
It’s starting to get cold; you can tell winter is coming.
What happened to that lovely 2 weeks of sunshine we had, why can’t it come back?
I don’t have a great summer wardrobe as we never have sunshine but this year I treated myself to a few nice summer items. It’s looking like they won’t be coming back out for some time.
One thing I don’t really own is thick jumpers so I pinched one of my teen daughters thick hoodies to wear today and by gosh is it warm.
It goes rather nice with a simple pair of jeans.
She’s not going to be happy when she returns from home to find her mother sat in her clothes so I think I am going to have to treat myself to my own.
I think it’s great that I can fit into a 14 year olds clothing but she disagrees, I’m too old to wear her fashion she tells me.
It’s not like she doesn’t steal my clothes or shoes come to think of it.
Hoodies have become a fashion staple of people during autumn and winter seasons. It is a great alternative for a jacket or coat and is in line with the latest fashion trends of men and women, especially teens.
Hoodies are very comfortable, casual and easy to pair with jeans other casual bottoms.
The only problem is choosing one I like as there are so many designs.
There are over the head ones and zip ones.
I do love the look of the ones that are fleece lined.
When I was out in Australia last year, yes it as red hot but on the evenings walking down on the beach it was rather cold. I bought myself a hoodie while I was there, yes everyone thought I was crazy, but I love it.
I have a few jumpers, but not thick ones and as much as I want to look nice, I want to feel warm.
I really do feel the cold and I forever putting the heating on, I dread the gas bill each month.
I am hoping Santa sees my Christmas list this year and brings me a few of them to save me pinching my daughters.
