Homemade potato wedges... Yums!
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Himalayan Rock Salt
Coarse Black Pepper
Turmeric powder
Olive Oil
Multipurpose Flour
1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Wash and cut potatoes into 6 wedges per potato
3. Put cut potatoes into bowl and sprinkle a pinch of all the rest of the ingredients
4. Toss them together
5. Place them flat on oven tray (like pic) and roast for 30-45 minutes depending how crunchy you want the skin to be. A little less than 40 minutes works best for me.
6. Take it out and let it cool a little before serving
Taste awesome on its own, or top it with some bacon bits and sour cream. Way way way healthier than the packet or fast food ones.
